Bill Tedeschi is a Technical Fellow at MITRE where he helps solve the most difficult challenges facing our nation by providing technical expertise to MITRE’s government sponsors. He is recognized as one of our nation’s foremost experts in weapon systems and effects, electromagnetic pulse, and risk-based threat assessments, based on his 32 years at Sandia National Labs.

His current research is on using A.I. to fast-track deployment of advanced nuclear power technologies at the State-level. Previously he was a Senior Scientist at Department of Energy Office of Intelligence, where he served on a Joint Duty Assignment as Chair, Joint Atomic Energy Intelligence Committee.

Dr. Tedeschi served on the Air Force Scientific Advisory Board and a National Academy of Sciences engineering study, and has received multiple honors and awards, including Achievement Awards from the Secretaries of Defense and Energy, and a letter of Commendation from President Bill Clinton.
