J. Stephen Jones, MD, FACS, is President and CEO of Inova, Northern Virginia’s leading nonprofit healthcare system and Greater Washington, D.C.’s largest private employer. A board-certified practicing urological surgeon and Professor of Surgery at the University of Virginia, he has led Inova’s growth in quality, access, innovation, and patient care.

Dr. Jones has published more than 200 peer-reviewed manuscripts, served as Editor-in-Chief of Urology Practice, and was named one of Modern Healthcare’s 100 Most Influential People in Healthcare.
