Paige Dickerhoof

Paige holds undergraduate degrees in Business Project Management and Communications. She began her career working for a government contractor before transitioning to an architecture and engineering firm, where she spent six years as an Urban Planner and earned her American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP) certification. Through this work, she developed a firsthand understanding of how state-level policy decisions shape local outcomes, as well as the organizational challenges that affect both public and private entities. Building on this experience, Paige is pursuing a master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology to apply I/O psychology principles to the design and implementation of effective, intentional policy changes that align organizational goals with the needs of agency leaders and the communities they serve.
